It is organized into sections of Small Stitches, Cross Stitches, Diagonal Stitches and Straight Stitches. Each stitch is clearly graphed and accompanied by a black and white picture and suggestions for its use. The stitches are also shown in color on plates at the back of the book. Many stitches are done in two colors, to make it easy to follow their patterns.
