HISTORY
A charming seaside town in Anglesey, Wales, is where it all began. The year was 1986, and Elizabeth Bradley, a talented needlework artist, opened a shop in Beaumaris. She set to work producing the finest quality needlepoint tapestry kits, inspired by historical needlework and steeped in tradition.

VICTORIAN CROSS STITCH
Our designs use the Victorian Cross Stitch, which is now uniquely associated with these exquisite needlepoint designs. With the appearance of an even-textured tent stitch, the Victorian Cross Stitch offers the weight and strength needed for rug making. It is what makes Elizabeth Bradley tapestries look and feel so luxurious.

TRADITION
More than thirty years later Elizabeth Bradley kits are still constructed in Wales, with wool that is spun and dyed in the North of England, and cotton needlepoint canvas that is colour-printed in Devon. Our tapestry kits have strong British heritage, and the brand goes from strength to strength, with new designs added to the Collection each year.
